Mick Deal is the manager of Deal Investments. Mick began his career in real estate in the Trust Real Estate Office at Seafirst Bank, and later as a project manager for the development of apartment and condominium buildings for Union Service Corporation. In 1977, Mick started his own commercial real estate development firm and built and operated 1,293 apartmet units in the greater Seattle area. Many of these buildings are still owned and operated by Deal Investments today. In addition to the buildings he personally developed, Mick has also coordinated investments in multiple apartment and student housing opportunities across the country.
